My first show breed were Maltese in 1972. After watching the GSP's in the ring for some time I purchased my first GSP from Zahliens Knls, in 1976. Then another from Moruada Knls, later on. Having a short coat to look after was just perfect, plus the GSP's are the best companions. In 1996 we purchased our first English Pointer from Moruada Knls and moved from Sydney to Western Australia, in the same year.
In 2009 we have moved back to NSW with our beautiful dogs and are continueing their show careers.
We breed our dogs for quality and good temperments, for show and companion pets. We have produced 14 Champions & 3 Grand Champions in the Silvagun prefix.
In Sydney I worked on the committee for around 20 yrs with The GSP Club Society of NSW, held positions as Editor, Vice President, committee. When we came to WA, we worked on The GSP Club of WA as Editor, Vice President and committee for 7 yrs. I have worked on The ABDC of WA, Metropolitan KC of WA and The WAKC of WA, The Fremantle Dog Club. I have also helped out stewarding at dog shows.
Dogs and Dog Shows have been a part of my life for a very long time and I can truly say they are a mans' or womans best friend.
From our last litter of English Pointers (Dam: "Sally" - Grd Ch Moruada Lemon Twist x Sire: Grd Ch Robwyn Let's get serious) we had 7 entering the show scene, 5 have gained their AUST CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE, 1 has gained his NZ CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE. A sister of these syblings has gone to a field home in Hawaii and she is progressing true to the breed. We have Grandchildren from "Sally" who have won multi age in group and age in show,
